Provincetown Seafood Cookbook

This is the classic Cookbook by Howard Mitchum that was re-released in 2018 after years of being out of print.  It isn't fancy in terms of photos but it is a great read with excellent instructional information regarding seafood and the specific dishes.  It is already in so many kitchens especially all over the Cape.
