You have 14 days to return an item from when it was delivered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we will issue a credit back to your card minus any shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Sale items and Vintage items are final and not returnable.
Any item that arrives damaged is, of course, our responsibility. Please take a photo of the damage and send it to info@utilitieshome.com. All of of our shipments are insured, so just make sure you keep all packaging and don't throw things away until we advise. But, rest assured we will provide a replacement.
