After arriving from the Azores centuries ago, Portuguese fishermen married fish stews with New World chiles to dazzling effect. This blend, created in partnership with the Provincetown Business Guild, captures all the warmth and color of the place. Excellent for enlivening clam and potato stews, or sprinkled on buttery baked scallops or swordfish.
